Allround sailing charter Oxalex is an independent rental company for many ships in the Netherlands. Through our long experience in the leisure industry of "ship leasing" we have many collaborations with many independent ship owners and other partners.
The company has several (independent) employees, who strife to effectively and personally help you.
Oxalex in the proud owner of the independent platform Onlinezeilen.nl, a superior link the Buy & Sell area between ships.
Alex van Klaveren is the founder and owner of Oxalex. The name Oxalex originated when he was a perennials grower and market trader. Part of the name come form the Latin "Oxalis" or "Lucky Clover". In a creative moment he used his own name and merged to two together.
Alex himself is a lucky clover as he has faced many years of his life with health problems and has spent a lot of time in various hospitals. Now he is completely healthy and he enjoys the finer things in life. He himself is the skipper on the the luxury yacht My Fair Lady, on which he enjoys actively or passively sailing with his friends and clients.
Because of his past, Alex is chairman and sponsor of the One Fine Day Foundation. An organization that offers disabled children a free day of sailing and as such 'One Fine Day' they will never to forget. For more information on this visit the One Fine Day Foundation website.
